Welcome to The Sports Family Club |
The Sports Family Club is dedicated to getting our children involved in youth sports and activities to improve their health and well being.
The Sports Family Club’s Mission:
We are transitioning to a not-for-profit organization that is dedicated to fostering positive growth pathways for children through sports and activities. In collaboration with schools, organizations, communities and parents, The Sports Family Club hopes to develop a healthy environment for all children to participate in youth sports and activities to a level they may not currently have access to. The Sports Family Club fosters empowerment in all adults involved with youth sports and activities to maintain the proper perspective that youth sports are for and about children.
The Sports Family Club's Vision:
That all children will enjoy sports for what they are...games! That children will reap the many benefits of sports and activities and improve their overall health and well being. The Sports Family Club hopes that sports and activities will teach positive character building, team work, overcoming adversity and making friends for life.
"It is critical that children enjoy their sports experience in order to gain the valuable life lessons learned on the field of play" - Coach Mike Green |
